Description

Most CPAs, Accountants, Finance employees understand Accounting IS Changing, but they are not TOTALLY sure how? Most do not want to be left behind or be out-of-date because they have focused mainly on technical accounting skills. Accountants are being asked to be a business partner or strategic partner, but are not totally clear what is expected from them. They are not sure what skills they need. They have not been trained to be a business partner. They will need new skills.

He taught American Management Association’s Activity Based Management/Costing/Budgeting (ABM/ABC/ABB), Balanced Scorecard, Economic Value Added, Performance Management seminars.  He taught Managerial Cost/ABM at U. of Texas-Dallas.
