Roomy Khan


Roomy Khan has over 20 years of combined professional experience in technology industry and Wall Street.  She was intimately involved in the Galleon insider trading case, the largest case successfully prosecuted by the U.S. government.  The investigation would ultimately result in over 90 convictions of those working in hedge funds, corporations and individual investors.  She cooperated with the federal government for over 6 years during which time she recorded numerous conversations with individuals and helped explain many of the technical aspects of financial markets.  She would eventually be sentenced to 1 year in prison for her own actions.    

Khan has a Masters in Physics from Kent State University, Masters in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from The Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
